Thread: MS Extension SnowCover 2.0(Update)

Hi guys,
over the last few days I was working on a little Mobile Substrate
Extension
to display the cover-art on the Lockscreen in a different way.

You can use your own background and Vinyl-Cover / CD-Case images.
Credits to Thyraz, he created the vinyl cover-artwork for me.

Changelog for 2.0:
It's now way more like Coversutra/Bowtie.

- double-tap the homebutton for a (nice :P) slideout animation and
integrated controls (see new preview)
- the view keeps active when a song without cover is played
- added cover overlay image
- new images to theme the animated stuff and the "NoCover" view.
- limited 3.0 support: CoverArt Display works, the new animation and
controls won't

Installation:
Manually Installation only at the moment. Will be asap on macciti source

- Download the package from here
- extract the zip file
- copy the dylib to /Library/Mobile Substrate/DynamicLibraries/
on your device
- copy the theme folder to /Library/Themes/ on your device
- activate the theme in Winterboard and respring.

Modding:

- SCCoverBG.png is the Lockscreen Background used while the Extension
is visible.
- SCCoverFrame.png is the cover itself, displayed behind the iTunes
Album Artwork.
- SCPaperSleave.png is the transparent inner part of the cover, which
also get the controls overlayed in expanded view.
- SCDisk.png is the disc, which also moves the right when expanded
through double-tap.
- SCCoverOverlay.png is a image that is displayed above the Album-
Artwork, so it matches your Cover-Style in a better way.
- SCPlay.png / SCPause.png / SCNext.png / SCPrev.png are the Images
for the music control-buttons. (Only visible in expanded view).

The cover will be placed on it at 85px(X),165px(Y) and has a size of
150x150px

A little suggestion:
As you can see, this fits very nicely with the Tenuitas Lockscreen
made by iAndrew.

Have you activated the theme in WInterBoard?

Awesome man. Great extension. I like the controls a lot better than the normal controls.

Can this work in conjunction with other themes? I am trying to incorporate it into my current theme, but can not get it to work.

I have tried separating the files and put them inside of my existing theme folder, and I have tried keeping it as a separate them both above and below my theme, and nothing works. In fact when I double click my home button on the lock screen now, I don't even get my ipod controls at all...

I have copied the file to the correct folder, any help is greatly appreciated, I really like the look of this theme!
