Hi, found the culprit for the dock shifting down. It's the SBDockBG.png file in com.apple.springboard. There might be something wrong with your copy. I changed it and it looks fine.

Hi, thanks for your tweak but I still do get some ads in some of my apps like those big ads just before the app comes in and also banners.

Thanks for the info. I found another way. Go into the wallpaper.html and delete the word "Logo.png". Thats all. This can also be done for the lockscreen.
