you can install it in any location, but i tend to do it in the dreamboard folder. it should come up with the appleweb preview........have you tried a respring?

if you have just put the deb file in it wont work. You need to go into ifile (or whaever you use) and then press on it and install. you might have to respring, but it will show up after that
