How do u become a moderator?

In my expierence you get it by being dedicated to the forum, it's rules and following/enforcing then. showing an interest in helping out, and sticking around, have seen several people that kinda died off of other forums after they were made mods.

Generally if keep up the good work, you will get noticed for it, and in the event the site is looking to add some staff, may get considered for it. Often brought to admin's attention from other mods.
I have also seen several people that fit most of the bill, but kept asking/bugging admin's about it and that kept em from getting it.

Basically show some interest, respect other forum members and keep putting up good/helpful posts.

Look at the Mods here, this is primarily a theme site and most of the mods are some of the top themers out there that were often helping out others with advice and issues. (in their own threads and others)
