Lol, I remember when i*C and macpro told me to create my signature
You guys wanted me to show my device and stuff but you didn't wanted a big signature... Just one like yours.
Since then, my signature had always been the same size or even smaller.
I used to have 4 image with urls... For twitter,YouTube, payola and my blog. (like joomla the guy who create the Macciti apple logo )

I*C, Macpro, you guys should reconsider this.

yeah, just to be completely honest, i dont know why restrictions on the signatures would even be necessary. yes, it does make the site a tad slower, but its barely noticeable imo.

i think it allows for creativity and personalization.

Also, i do like the new info thing for the join date/posts/idevice/os things. that allows ppl to put that info there and not in their sigs.

dont get me wrong i really appreciate everything i*C does and of course he is looking out for the wellbeing of the site and community. I will of course agree with a sig of 100x450 but i still dont see why we cant keep our normal ones. But whatever keeps the site going and alive im in so COLBY mate sort me out haha

Again i*C thanks for all your hard work and effort - means a lot

in loo of this mention, I am suggesting everyone change your sigs to what I*C has designated. It will help make the decision if everyone goes to the designated size so he can test the connection like that. So, I will start it off by changing mine c'mon people change them!

I*C is doing this for a reason people. I understand how most of you feel, but most of em are to big anyways. Graphics are the biggets data users on a web page. And when you get several post loading on a page, your not loading just one signature per person your loading that person signature each post, and every other person's as well.
And when some of those signatures are bigger than the post that precedes them, it looks bad, makes it hard to read the posts. Im pretty much for it. (and why i never have had a big signature). Im all for a size limit, it will look better overall in my opinion.

any opinions on my new sig lol? I'm ok with the sig size limit now too, i agree with adlyr that the sigs look better a little smaller, and huge sigs really get annoying and bad looking.

EDIT: Btw, the binary in the background on my sig actually says something haha

yea, i cant even use my signature. And it doesnt even have any pics at all. Just the line:

'Some people are like slinkies. Not really useful for anything, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.'

Says it is to long to use.
