Snowcover ios4

Hey I was wondering if snowcover was compatible with iPhone 4 or ios4. I've been trying to use it but I don't see anything different.

It doesn't work on the 3G with iOS4 either, i read that the developers stopped working on it due to people pirating it - talks about the source code being released has been going around so maybe someone from here or somewhere else can pick up where they left off and port it to iOS4.
