The folder inside your Library folder should be called Ringtones.
with an s at the end of Ringtones
And if your not using a depiction, i would remove it completely. It is basically just a webpage designed for Cydia.
If you SSH inside your phone, to Library/ and look, i bet you will see two ringtone folders. Your Ringtone folder and the normal Ringtones folder.

Hey i followed all of the instructions and when i go to add the source everything goes well like it goes through the usual normal process and then when its done i press on return to cydia then i look for my repo and its not there. Any ideas of what i could of did wrong ?
When you say it "goes through the usual normal process" you are getting the Downloading Release and Downloaded Packages messages at the top, also are you using a free web host for your repo? have seen some issues with those.
It's a Cydia bug. When you click on Manage/Sources it appears again right?Originally Posted by eminemjeff96

Ok, so I use 0catch and my repo is http://Mind****.0catch.com so, the folder is called "Repo" where I have the repo. Should I enter it in Cydia as http://Mind****.0catch.com/Repo? I censor my name because I have paid themes just so I wont lose them in my PC. (It's my personal repo)
Yep. That is correct. Although you might need another forward slash at the end. Mind***.0catch.com/Repo/ like that.
You can also set up the Repo folder as a subdomain and it woud be a little different. Mine for example is the repo folder in http://www.ig33kstas.com But the repo folder is set as a sub, so our Cydia repo is actually http://repo.ig33kstas.com/ (which is a public repo, but we dont host cracked or paid themes.)
And it is case sensitive, so you couldnt use repo if the folder is actually Repo

Oh, right. So how do I set ti to be an sub? Because typing /Repo/ is kind of annoying.
