The packages file looks right too. I am truly puzzled as to why it would error on large files especially if the Packages file is generated on the server. I will look around and see if i can get any hints from my friends.
thank you very much for your effort. will research too. for now, i think the only solution is to split the Theme.
so, i have splitted the theme in "theme_part_1.deb" (unique identifier com.mywebsite.themepart1)
and "theme_part_2.deb" (unique identifier com.mywebsite.themepart2)
in the control of "theme_part_1.deb" i wrote at Depends: winterboard, com.mywebsite.themepart2
in the control of "theme_part_2.deb" i wrote at Depends: winterboard; com.mywebsite.themepart1
and now, no matter which part will be installed, cydia automaticly install the other part too and everything works fine after that.
I think i have to live with that solution, so long it works.
Maybe you find a better solution. Til then, i make it that way. nevertheless Thank you for your help.

I have made a repo and everything works fine however there is one issue i can't resolve.
I install the package from my repo and as soon as i do cydia says it needs updating yet
nothing on the repo has changed in anyway?
I know i can go to settings and switch off the updates for that package but i'd prefer not to
does anyone know how to stop this annoying issue?
