Theme changes required to bring your 4.1 theme up to 4.2.1

My camera icon won't theme. I properly named it "Icon@2x.png" but no results.

EDIT: I feel stupid. I had "com.apple.Camera". It's suppose to be "com.apple.camera".

Everything in com.apple.mobilesafari needs @2x~iphone.png as well as the the @2x.png


4.3 Safari Landscape Bottom Bar images to be added:
