Greenpois0n Rc 6.1 help -.-

Being the dumba** i am i accidentally pressed restore on my itunes and not knowingly pressed ok to everything and i thought it was syncing but nooooooo it was restoring so now im on 4.2.1. So im like ok lets use greenpois0n downloads greenpois0n and there it says go into dfu mode and my iphone 4 goes into dfu mode BUT greenpois0n just says waiting for dfu what do i do? my itunes recognises that i am in dfu so does tinyumbrella so im at a loss sorry for my long story
