As nice as it would be, I've seen on twitter that some people are having issues with winterboard. Not sure if I want to risk it.....

Me Either dude it's mainly for JailBreak developers and themers. Definitely not for primary phone use. iOS 5 is not even ready for everyday use let alone the JailBroken version.

Have talked to a couple that have jailbroken iOS5, with pretty good results. Several items are working, although not all fully funciton (and a couple you have to go through some things to clear or get out of - like deliberately crashing into safe mode then respringing). But overall it seems to be doing ok.
Kinda tempting to go to iOS5 and give it a try. If i wasnt under some obligations to others to ensure my iphone is working properly (mostly becuase of Mobile Terminal) i probably would have already been there.

I was jailbroken on iOS5 and the issue was with mobilesubstrate which might have been updated by now i am not jailbroken atm
