I think there's an app in Cydia called "mewseek" that allows you to do that. Look into it. But it is paid. Other than that, I don't know..

iTunes app lets you do it without a computer
Also Musicdog works pretty well, and can you still do it with dTunes (both from Cydia - man i miss the origional dTunes)
