I call it "N3ON_G HD" stands for neon green, as a first based theme for now.

Here's the new package created by DACAL! N3ON_G GPS WEATHER LOCKSCREEN
GPS Weather LockScreen Add-On for N3ON_G HD theme.
Free when you purchase the main theme.

This is a 2nd version of my Lockscreen but more way better. Location is auto detect.
Just need to install crazyvivek's GPS Weather Lockscreen for it to work.
