How to SSH like a real 1337 Hacker

This post is a joke and tutorial, it expresses my own disgust at WinSCP and the other tools the majority of this community uses for ssh when a simple command line utility is available and has been around for decades on the command line.

The command is simple:

ssh root@yourlocalip

change yourlocalip to the ip of your iphone or ipod touch, you can find this in sbsettings or by checking your router, a network scan works equally well.

Example:

ssh root@192.168.0.100

This is all fine and good, but what about commands for transferring from your local disk to the itouch/iphone? where are those commands? how about folders (because they have a different flag) and changing perm files like in ifile? It's all fine and good SSHing into a device thru command line, but people don't know terminal fluently (which you need to know quite a bit if you are adding or removing files) Fact is, winscp and cyberduck are just simple to use. The GUI was invented for a reason. It's more convenient and quicker. End users should still use a GUI-driven application. gettig halfway in the door with a command-line utility will only get you into even bigger trouble. (and -10,000 internets to nictra for using 1337 and the term "hacker" for shame nictra! lol
