Thumbs down Submission of a theme which is not made in photoshop!

So yeah how do you submit a theme which you haven't made in photoshop?

I'm getting pissed off. I made this theme in paint.net is it possible to submit it?

It seems the submission needs psd whereas the picture in paint.net is saved in normal image types also all the layers are combined so it doesn't let you save without combining the layers!

Like please help me out guys!

    Thanks.

    Hmm.. I*C hearing that?

I guess it's because of that Guy who submitted a copy of a boss.ios as his own theme!

I*C please bro look into my theme! It's not copied.

What are you trying to say? And who's that guy? Boss. Theme only submitted to their site called themeit.

No boss was ripped from screen shots weeks before it was finally released. That's why you didn't see any teasers of it for a while. But, now boss is out on ThemeIt yes... Go get it

As for the requirement for psd's ... It's becoming more and more stressful to keep up with not only the themes showcased here but all over the community that the need for psd's for prove of created work is becoming a necessity. Certain themers have taken advantage of MacCiti in the past and ultimately tricked them into hosting pirated works so now it's a precautionary measure. When themes are released in a repo and they are in fact stolen it reflects terribly on the repo themselves for allowing something to "get" by. It's not an insult or anything when asked to show them. It's to protect the artist and the repo.

Again just be patient and I'm sure i*C will have some alternative way for your work to be allowed to be hosted. He is immensely busy.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

I'm not 100% sure how paint.net works but if its anything like gimp, or corel or anything else for that matter it has a conversion built into it for psd. just like saving the file as a jpeg. When you have the layered image go to "save as" then look through the file extensions and look for ".psd" if its there then save it as that. this should solve your issue.

and I 100% agree with verification of work. people put a lot into these themes and to have them ripped off is a violation in my opinion.

Scum bag pirating mother f'ers.... sorry but it makes my blood boil.
