I'm not 100% sure how paint.net works but if its anything like gimp, or corel or anything else for that matter it has a conversion built into it for psd. just like saving the file as a jpeg. When you have the layered image go to "save as" then look through the file extensions and look for ".psd" if its there then save it as that. this should solve your issue.

and I 100% agree with verification of work. people put a lot into these themes and to have them ripped off is a violation in my opinion.

There is a plugin for paint.net which allows you to save the file as psd but i*c says that it is invalid since he wants to see all the layers!

What theme are you trying to send? You got any screen shots for your new theme?

If you saved it as psd, should be able to see all the layers.

yeah if you made the icon with paint.net then u still have the layered image. then u can save it as a psd file.
