User Tagging Feature [Beta]

Hello everyone!

Today I've decided to spend some time applying additional security mods (you have no idea how many hacking attempts notifications I get each day ) as well as new features for our forum.

@Slate004 @subywrex @k.nitsua @monty etc... You get the point

You can also tag people to the specific thread.

Basically this new feature allows you to tag your friends, or people you ask questions, just like you would do it on twitter. User tagged will get notification in the Notifications area (place where you see how may PM you've got).

Why beta? I want to see if its something worth keeping and how much server resources it will use. Might be a bit expensive (resource wise).

Nice, this will make replying to people a lot easier and streamlined. This should ease the use huge block quotes in the thread so people know who you're talking to
